About our Advanced Equipment With $12 million dollars of capital investment, we have obtained five imported production lines. They are outfitted with 3200mm printing and dying machines, MBK round-net printing machines from Japan, flat-net printing machines made by Buser of Switzerland, pre-contracting machines made by Monforts, light-pressing machines made by Kluster of Germany, carbon-rubbing machines, computerized wax-spraying net-making systems, automated color-shifting systems, and various other advanced instruments and apparatuses. This equipment provides us with an annual capacity of 50 million meters of fabric.
About our Capabilities We can perform flat-net printing on 2800mm fabrics and round-net printing on 640mm, 819mm, 914mm and 1018mm fabrics using a variety of techniques such as activating, painting, defending, whitening and pearling. Our costume materials, bed linen, feather-proof cloth and decorative cloth are sourced by buyers in more than 80 countries and have achieved popularity both at home and abroad.
